Hello! I'm Mr. Matt, and I'm honored to serve as one of the friendly faces you'll see welcoming families each week!

I've been part of the PepFam since 2021, and one of my favorite things about Pep is exactly that—the PepFam! I love the sense of community, encouragement, and belonging that makes this place so special for students, families, and staff alike.

My greatest joy is following Jesus, and I'm blessed to be married to my wonderful wife, Torey. Together we're raising our amazing children. I also have the privilege of serving as the Pastor of Students & Families at Grace Baptist Church, where I enjoy walking alongside children, students, and families as they grow in their faith.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, a Master of Divinity in Christian Education, and a Doctorate of Education. Throughout my life and ministry, I've been passionate about helping people grow, encouraging families, and creating places where others feel welcomed and valued.

If you ask me my favorite season at Pep, the answer is easy—Nutcracker! I love seeing our students' hard work come together as they share their gifts and celebrate the Christmas season.

One of the Bible passages that has most shaped my life is Psalm 150, a beautiful reminder that everything that has breath is called to praise the Lord.
