Hello! I'm Ms. Yotie, Facilities & Ninja Coordinator at Pep & Pizzazz!

One of the things I love most about Pep & Pizzazz is that every day brings a new opportunity to serve students and families. Whether I'm helping keep our facility running smoothly behind the scenes or cheering on a child as they conquer a new Ninja obstacle, I love being part of a place where people truly matter.

Before joining the Pep & Pizzazz team full time, I spent nearly ten years serving in the public school system as a one-on-one instructional assistant, supporting students with a variety of unique learning and developmental needs. Those years taught me the importance of patience, encouragement, and celebrating every step of progress—lessons I carry with me every day.

I also have a deep passion for serving others through local and international missions. Over the years, I've had the privilege of traveling to several countries with Crown Missions, sharing God's love and serving communities around the world. Those experiences have strengthened my heart for people and continue to shape the way I serve every family who walks through our doors.

At Pep & Pizzazz, I wear many hats! As our Facilities Coordinator, I help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where students can learn and grow. As our Ninja Coordinator, I have the joy of watching students discover just how capable they are. There's nothing quite like seeing a child accomplish a skill they once thought was impossible and watching their confidence grow with every challenge they overcome.

I believe every student has incredible potential, and it's an honor to encourage them as they grow—not just in strength and athletic ability, but in confidence, perseverance, and character.
