WAVES COACH
Catherine Hall
Hello! I'm Ms. Catherine, and I teach Dance and Gymnastics at Pep & Pizzazz!
Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began gymnastics at the age of three and competed for several years before discovering dance at age eleven. It didn't take long for dance to become a passion, and I've loved learning, performing, and teaching ever since.
Growing up, I trained and performed with the competition company at The Rhythm Factory in Paducah, Kentucky, while also teaching both dance and gymnastics. After high school, I had the opportunity to dance at Western Kentucky University, serve as a summer counselor with Ballet Magnificat!, and continue growing both as a dancer and as a teacher.
Pep & Pizzazz has been a special part of my journey. I previously spent a year serving as an intern, and I'm so excited to return—this time as a member of the Pep staff! It truly feels like coming home, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to invest in the amazing students and families who make Pep such a special place.
Outside of Pep, I work as a classroom aide at Pulaski Elementary School, where I enjoy encouraging and supporting students every day. I also recently earned my Associate's Degree in Business Management. When I'm not teaching, you'll probably find me at a coffee shop with a good book, spending time with friends, listening to music, or heading to a concert.
One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching students grow in confidence as they learn something new. Whether it's a dance step, a gymnastics skill, or simply believing in themselves a little more than they did the week before, I love celebrating every milestone along the way.
